Customer standing on 3D Footscan in-store

3D foot scans are an in-store service, performed at select New Balance retail locations. To find the location nearest you, navigate to our find a store page.

When you have your 3D foot scan performed at a participating New Balance retail location, make sure to provide the same email address that you used to create your account.

You may create a New Balance account on the Website, where you will be able to modify your contact information, update your billing and shipping addresses, view past orders, and view any 3D scans of your feet. To delete your account, please contact our Customer Care team here. For security purposes, complete credit card information (for example, your CCV number) is not saved with your account. Remember that you are responsible for protecting the username and password for your account and, as set forth in the Terms & Conditions, you will be responsible for all activity occurring through the use of your user name and password.
