| Why Do You Run? | I run for the internal sense of joy and pleasure I feel when training and competing. It also allows me to enjoy quality time outdoors and camaraderie with other runners. |
| Tips for New Runners: | Learn to listen to your body so you know when/how hard to push it and when to back off. Set goals and work hard to achieve them. Recognize that there are always going to be frustrations/setbacks, but in the long run they only make you stronger. Most importantly, remember to make running enjoyable and have fun! |
