| Why Do You Run? | Its my passion. I'm grateful I get to share it with a fantastic group of people including my coach and training partners. I enjoy the training foremost, and nowadays I love the healthy lifestyle and the opportunities to travel all over the world and meet people from all over the world. It’s a dream come true. |
| Tips for New Runners: | Look forward to your run. Don’t do it as a chore. Relish the time you're out there breathing hard and pushing your body. Enjoy yourself by either running with others or going to scenic places to run or by listening to some good music or just allowing your thoughts to ramble. If you enjoy it you’ll do it more often and for longer. Let the running bug bite you! |
