| Why Do You Run? | It gives me time to myself (with a 3 yr. old it is needed) and makes me feel great about myself. I love the feeling of completing a great run and like the challenge of improving. I also love to compete and running is the best sport to test your toughness. I also love to eat so my training allows me to do more of it. |
| Tips for New Runners: | We all have started at one time or another. Run to have fun and feel good about yourself and don’t worry about how fast you are. Consistency and time will show results. |
