    Years of Running Experience:11years in total. I started running at school at the age of 11 and then joined my local running club (Luton AC.) At the age of 13 I joined Bedford and Country AC whom I still run for today in the National Championships.

    Favorite Training Venue:I have many favourite venues to train at - Dunstable, St Albans and Coventry to name a few.
    Favorite Training Session:Currently one of my preferred workouts is 4 x Mile + 4 x 400m. I really enjoy running this workout with my training group.
    Least Favorite Training Session:Monday morning run
    Favorite NB running shoe:1061, they are really comfortable and sturdy over a long run for either on or off-road running.

    Why Do You Run?I have always enjoyed running and have got so much out of it over the years. From the friends I have made to the satisfaction I get from completing tough sessions gives me my drive and motivation to run.
    Tips for New Runners:Set mini goals and join a training group. It makes running and training more enjoyable.
