| Favorite Training Session: | Currently one of my preferred workouts is 4 x Mile + 4 x 400m. I really enjoy running this workout with my training group. |

| Why Do You Run? | I have always enjoyed running and have got so much out of it over the years. From the friends I have made to the satisfaction I get from completing tough sessions gives me my drive and motivation to run. |
