| Why Do You Run? | I run for the self satisfaction that running brings to me. Running is so much like life itself. You have to enjoy and treasure the good times while also rolling with the punches during the hard ties. The key is to always fight for what you love and never give up. This is true in running and in life. My running makes me a better person. |
| Tips for New Runners: | Think long term. Most big goals can not be accomplished in weeks or months. You must not only plan a weekly schedule, but also a yearly plan. Be patient and plan accordingly. Work with a coach. You need another persons opinion and recommendations. The paybacks are huge. |
