    Why Do You Run?I get to plan and think about stuff on morning runs. I love to see how much faster I can get.
    Tips for New Runners:Try pushing yourself a little harder. Do that loop a little faster. Go a little farther on that long run. it'll hurt, but you'll feel rewarded after it's done.
