    Why Do You Run?It’s a great challenge for the mind and body. I absolutely love the feeling of finishing a race. I may be in excruciating pain during and a short while afterwards, but it is a feeling of determination and satisfaction that make it all worthwhile.
    Tips for New Runners:
  • Don’t ever let anybody tell you that you cannot be successful. If you listen to them, then you don’t have faith in yourself. Go with what YOU believe. After all, you are who you make yourself to be.
  • The worst thing a runner can say is say “I can’t!” It is just an excuse to take the easy route, but you don’t hear too many of the world’s top runners saying it!
